Looking for Love

February 14, 2006

The season for sharing our hearts with someone has arrived. Although I must say, this particular occassion is more of a mall celebration considering that it is the commericial establishments that continuously highlight this date.

February 14 is known to many as Valentines day but understood by only a few.

And in this particular day, alot of people are wondering, where is my soulmate?

Believe it or not, majority of us believes that there is someone out there for all of us. Unfortunately, this continuously remains a myth.

Looking for love . . .

Do we really look for that special someone in our lives?

I have entered into a lot of discussion with people from various walks of life. Apparantly, all of them ask the same question whenever they reached a certain age they feel is a buffer line towards becoming an old maid or in other words a bachelor for life.

They mentioned that Valentines day only reminds them of being alone. And they felt like as if they will never fall in love with anyone or worse no one was made for them.

Guys, you are all so wrong.

This day is about the relationships that you have built not only with your spouse or your special someone but also with your families and friends. This day is a celebration of the people who completes your life. You need not look anywhere else.

We are all in dire need for someone to love us. But most of the time, they are just beside us.

Well, I found mine and she is always beside me.

Looking for Love  . . . One of the most exciting quest . .

and the TOUGHEST, of course.
