Who will pay for the bombs and the guns? Who will protect the largest economy in the history of mankind?

Well, we shall have a glimpse of how the U.S empire will fall once they impose a discriminating immigration reform.

"Protect America". YES! From terrorists and not from hardworking immigrants.

The California march was simply incredible. It was a sea of humanity crying for the right to work in the land of milk and honey. Imagine the taxes generated by these hardworking folks.

Bush knows this, some hard-nosed American Politicians doesn’t. Well, they know but they don’t care.

For them, national security means sending these people home. My oh my, what a danger they could be . . .

A food for thought, these people are your friends, I suggest you treat them as such. They help you in more ways than you think.

What’s difference between a Manager and a Sports Athlete? Well, they know when the game ends and we don’t.

That’s right . . .

Basketball has 4 quarters, a fiscal year has 4 quarters. The only problem is, in business, we can’t just call timeout. Throughout the years that I have endeared myself in the corporate world, I took an oath, "I Pledge Allegience, to a stressful life."

My wife though gave me an interesting insight . . .

"When you work too much, you will lose your sponteneity. Thus, you will become BORING!" I wittingly replied, "Well, you married a boring man."

It was just an ordinary conversation but it was another paradigm for me. I hate to admit it, but she was right.

Corporate Managers also needs to call timeout. You can only perform better if you have enough time to rest.

Oscillation: ENGAGE - DISENGAGE - REST - RECOVERY.

Stress is a part of life that make us stronger. When we lift weights, our muscles get tired. But if we rest for a day, we will wake up stronger the next day.

Just a perspective to all workaholics like me out there, HAVE A LIFE! See the results for yourself . . . I did. 

Rewarding REBELS

Rewarding people is a great motivational tool. However, if you give the wrong signal, it might set a preceedent that will haunt you for the rest of your life.

This is the crack that opened pandoras box in the Philippine Armed Forces.

In the late 1980’s, the Philippines was known for bloody coup attempts aimed at unseating a President who took over a government left in disarray by an infamous dictator.

A few years later, an amnesty program was given to these rebels in order to promote reconciliation among the ranks that will cement the divide existent within the AFP.

Unfortunately, we forgave those mutineers and now we are once again haunted by their shady past.

What about those troops who lost their lives in defending the State against these domestic invaders? Has anyone thought of our dedicated comrades who stayed loyal to the constitution and rule of law?

Military men does not enjoy the same freedom we civilians have. They have to ask permission for them to speak freely. If they do not exercise this discipline, we will be living in a society of anarchy and chaos.

One thing is for certain, MUTINY is TREASON. It must be punished by death so as not to be followed.

This is a tradition that professional soldiery has. Unfortunately, this is the same tradition broken by our power hungry politicians.

I just hope now you learned your lesson.

A Strong Republic

Proclamation 1017? Is it as infamous as we thought it would be?

To all those critics of whom I consider as nothing but under achievers, EAT YOUR HEART OUT!

When the government flexed its muscle to impose the rule of law, alot of people shouted, OUST THE PRESIDENT!

I thought we had a weak economy? How come the Peso is powering its way against the U.S dollar?

Maybe investors are now seeing the Philippines in a different light. It is obvious that most of us were wrong and they were right.

Let this nation move forward! Let us all help in building this STRONG REPUBLIC!

Bin Laden, captured?

When?

Dubya keeps on announcing that Bin Laden will be captured. But just like Iraq, no time table has been set. I am just wondering, who is harboring and protecting the world’s most wanted man?

Until his capture, please . . .
