Yes. I have to say it, I do not like the service of Philippine Airlines. They better review the competence and courtesy of their Flight Attendants. Frankly, they are starting to lose their competitive advantage: HOSPITALITY.
First and foremost, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY. I only have 2 RULES: Rule # 1; THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Rule # 2; If the customer is not right, just refer to rule # 1.
Second, SINCERITY IS OF THE ESSENCE. I cannot feel this in your service. In fact, you suck at it.
You better improve guys. Or else, you'll lose customers.
