"H" personifies leadership. He leads his team in solving crime. The first man on the scene and last person to leave. He knows how to effectively utilize his people and has mastered the art of deploying what he wants to happen. Lastly, he takes care of his people. Never leaves any man behind . . .
That is leadership 101. This series is not all about entertainment nor is it about the state of the art crime detection unit.
Rather, this is about how to handle a group and move them all in the same direction . . . Nice model to follow.
